I Heart Faces - Water
The challenge over this week over at I Heart Faces is Water.
I could put up 100 images with my kids and water, with the way the weather is up here, and how much my kids love the pool, they are in it about as much as I have the camera in my hand.
Here is my entry - This is my little man doing his favorite thing in the world - being thrown sky high! He would jump off the deck and do canon balls all day. When his dad asks if he wants to be thrown in the air he get's crazy excited. I have a picture also about 2 sec later where he is air born.....but - only one picture per entry :)
Can't wait to see all the other entries!

Prop Junkie Challenge
Over at Prop Junkies Facebook page (here) they do an inspiration theme - and this week's inspiration theme is Tea Party. I am newer to their site and this is my first entry - I can't wait to see what the following weeks bring.
It just so happens that last summer (before I totally got obsessed with photography), I set up a tea party for my girls. Here are two (of many!) of my favorites:

I Heart Faces - Yellow Challenge
Here is my photo over at I Heart Faces. The challenge this week is "Yellow".
This is my littlest one. He thinks he is such a big boy - he is carrying an old Tonka truck. The yellow just really pops in this picture.
Go head over to I Heart Faces to check out all the other great yellow photo's.

I Heart Faces - Motherhood
Over at I Heart Faces the topic was Motherhood, you know being mother's day weekend and all!
So for mothers day I took my mom and girls to the movies. Afterward we went to see her mom, my grandma. Of course I took my camera. I got some great pictures - this is one of my favorite, it is my mom, and oldest daughter walking toward my grandmothers grave.

I Heart Faces - Soft and Sweet
Another challenge over at I Heart Faces. This weeks challenge is Soft and Sweet.
Here is my oldest - she insisted we go to the park yesterday - it was a beautiful day. And - I am happy she did - we got some great pictures. I am wondering if I will ever go to the park without my camera - not likely. I will more than likely post some more pictures later this week after I go through them all. I thought this captured the challenge well - the colors and contrast is very soft - and the expression on her face is very sweet.

Pet Entry over at I Heart Faces
This weeks challenge over at I Heart Faces is Pets.
We have about as many pictures of our dog's as we do our kids!!!! It was hard to pick. But - I had to go with this one. This is our Golden Kain. We lost him around Thanksgiving of 2010. It was a hard thing to go through for us - and the kids. This is one of my favorites of him and my little man. Kain wanted that ball so bad - but he was such a gentle doggie, he just sat there and watched him with it - waiting for him to put it down so he could claim it as his own again.
Here are some more - just because they are in that same series - and so cute! Look at that intense look on Kain's face - his eyes never leave that ball!

This is my middle daughter at our outdoor tea party. I love this picture. It captures her innocence, mysteriousness, and just the raw emotion she has.

Spring Fever
This is my first time entering a photo over at Love that Shot. I am excited to see all the great entries, and get involved more.
This is my little man. Sunday was the first day out in WNY where the weather was remotely warm. It was beautiful. So we let the kids have the hose - and have a good time. This is one of my favorites from that "photo shoot" and to me really embodies the coming of Spring.

I Heart Faces - Winter Wonderland Challenge
I posted this one before, but haven't entered it and I wanted to enter this in the "I Heart Faces" weekly challenge.
The theme for this week is Winter Wonderland. I think this picture fits the bill perfect. From the snow on her hat, her layers of clothes, and the subtle winter tree's behind her.
Hope you enjoy!

If you haven't checked out I Heart Faces - check it out - enter - it's fun.
